If you’re looking for a fun way to add something new to your routine or if you’ve reached a plateau in your weight loss, this high intensity, maximum-calorie-burning workout is for you. Classes are available for both men and women.

What to Expect

Our one-hour group fitness classes combine fundamental boxing techniques with calisthenic (bodyweight resistance) exercises to improve stamina, power, and tone. In these training classes you can expect a full-body workout through various boot-camp-style drills, shadowboxing, jumping rope, footwork, punching heavy bags, and abdominal exercises.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 6-7 PM Boxing Training

Weekends:
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday: 9-10 AM Boxing Training
Sunday: CLOSED
