One-hour personal training sessions are available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Our boxing workouts will strengthen and tone your upper body, abdominal, and leg muscles. Men and women ages 18 and up are welcome to train with us.

What to Expect

A typical workout includes a warm-up, shadowboxing, punching various bags (such as heavy bags and speed bags), jumping rope, mitt work with a training partner, and abdominal work. Watch the video below to see how we train at The Boxing Yard:
